The Psychology of Employability and the History of the Future of Work.
Lourdes Hill College is delighted to offer the second in our 2019 Twilight Community Lecture series. Our presenter is Professor Peter McIlveen a leading researcher and international expert in psychology, employability and career education with the University of Southern Queensland.
A person’s “employability” is crucial to success in the world-of-work and there are important psychological factors that contribute to employability. What are those factors? What is the evidence? The future of work is very topical and this lecture will be of particular interest to school leaders, managers, careers’ advisers, those interested in advancing their careers and those starting out in the world of work. Educators, parents and students are welcome.
